NZME are refusing to print advertisements without charging for security for fear of protesters, damage and violence. We say that's not good enough in a free and democratic society where the media should not fear censorious thugs.
Please edit the default email below as much as you like. Ask Commissioner Coster to ensure the Police commit to do all that they can – including providing protection to media organisations, if necessary – so that New Zealand's media and newspaper companies can have the confidence to host debates and publish views on difficult topics.
